Delivering Pan India:
All Domestic Orders are processed within 2-4 days, and shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Shipment are delivered within 6-7 days from the date of Order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, the products will be delivered within 6-7 days.. M/S Wolf Clothing is not responsible for any delays in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Wolf Clothing is not responsible for any damage of product during transit but we try to assure secure packaging of shipment.
1. Returns
- You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@wolfclothing.in] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).
- Please note that certain items, such as swimwear, intimate apparel, and customized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please check the product description for details.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.
5. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
